These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of electricalsuppliesaustralia.com.au and to orders placed through this website.

Electrical Supplies Australia is operated by Always Prompt Repairs Pty Ltd (ABN 89 156 428 607) of Unit 2/68-70 Parramatta Road, Underwood QLD 4119.

2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this website. The terms that apply to your order are those available when you place it, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
3. Orders and contract formation
You place an order by completing our online checkout process. Before submitting your order, you can review your order details and correct any errors.
We will send an order acknowledgement after receiving your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods or otherwise confirm acceptance in writing. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where goods are unavailable, payment authorisation cannot be obtained, there is a pricing or product-description error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or another unlawful transaction.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery, freight and other applicable charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Payment must be authorised before we dispatch goods. Card payments are processed through our payment service providers. We do not directly store your full card details.
5. Product information and availability
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Product images are illustrative only unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability is subject to stock on hand and supplier availability.
If a product description or price contains an error, we may contact you to offer a correction or cancel the affected order before dispatch and refund any payment received for that item.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, carrier delays, delivery location or events outside our reasonable control. Delivery options and charges are displayed at checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for further information.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if any order details are incorrect.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. It explains the process for cancellations, change-of-mind returns, and claims for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.
Change-of-mind returns are subject to the conditions, timeframes and charges set out in that policy. Nothing in this clause or the Returns & Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Warranty and Australian Consumer Law
Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, Electrical Supplies Australia provides a 12-month warranty against defects for spare parts supplied for domestic use. The warranty claim and assessment process is set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
9. Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes our intellectual-property rights or the rights of others.
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this website, including text, images, logos and product information, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially use that content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
10. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, remedies, guarantees, warranties or other terms that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland and courts entitled to hear appeals from them have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
